“Horrible checkin and communication from owner”

No breakfast was included. The owner was aggressive, absent at check‑in and lied about his presence. He wanted me to send a photo of my ID, which I declined for security reasons. There are more complaints about this owner on G reviews.

“Nie polecam. Ogromne problemy z właścicielem.”

The room itself was fine and I have no complaints about it. Unfortunately, I rate the owner’s communication very poorly. When dealing with registration paperwork, he demanded a photo or scan of my ID, and when I didn’t provide it, he warned me about possible fines, police, and airport checks. That caused me a huge amount of unnecessary stress during my vacation. I left Sardinia without any problems and no checks occurred. The room was OK, but the owner’s communication and approach were definitely not.

The location was right in the city center, parking was on the street—okay at night but less convenient during the day. The room was large. The fridge made a lot of noise.

“Consigliatissimo per brevi soggiorni, host gentilissimo, cordiale e sempre disponibile.”

The location was very good, the room was cozy, spacious, and very clean, with a large, newly renovated bathroom. The room had no windows but two skylights, and the ceiling is very high.
