Until arrival it was impossible to contact the property even through Booking support: the phone number was nonexistent and messages were ignored; upon arrival we were told it was still closed due to lack of permits, so we were transferred to Hotel Brioni on the fourth floor without an elevator, in a centrally located room with a kitchenette, with poor cleaning especially of towels, and it was hot despite the air conditioner.

The price was great for the location and the room was spacious, but there was no hand soap.

The location relative to the city center and services was fine, but finding the hotel was a problem; multiple calls to the number listed in the booking went unanswered until the cleaning lady happened to open the door. The bathroom lacked a personal cleaning kit and toilet paper.
