The location is great and the kids’ pools are a plus. However, the place was so dirty that I found insects in the bed and even photographed them. There were no Saudi sports channels, and the corridors smelled bad because of dampness. The hotel staff behaved very poorly.

It looks very nice. The only issue was the delay in trash collection.

Everything was just average. The reception, restaurant, and coffee shop all need more motivation from management or replacement. The security guards and sentries are very disciplined, good, and friendly when dealing with families and children.
