“Great place, close to Kofu station, with great space and interior”
The place is spacious, freshly renovated, and full of thoughtful details for guests, but remember it’s on the 4th floor with no elevator.

The place was very clean, nothing else to add.

The room was spotless, no trash, so I could relax. When we accidentally broke the bedside lamp bulb, the staff worried about our safety and didn’t overcharge; they capped the bill at a minimal amount, which I really appreciated. The check‑in process was clear and quick, so I got into my room without any hassle. The amenities were plentiful and flawless. I stayed on the second floor, but I wonder if the third floor might have been better; the footsteps at night were noisy and made it hard to sleep, which was a bit disappointing.

The place was very clean and felt like home. The owner’s taste shows in the room’s design. I arrived at night, the outside was dark, and the keypad was hard to read, so unlocking was a struggle. The footsteps from the upper floor guests were also noticeable.

The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable, perfect for a family. The stairs were steep and hot.
