“Decepcionante”
I was disappointed by the billing issue; it was quite disheartening, and it’s a shame that the platform couldn’t assist with the management, adding no extra value.

The location was fine, but they didn’t issue a receipt; they claim they only bill if we pay directly, not through the booking site.

The place is well‑situated, but the pillows and mattresses were uncomfortable.

Nothing good to mention. The hotel had bedbugs, and I had to leave in the middle of the night with no helpful response from the management.

The room was comfortable and tidy, but the biggest disappointment—and the reason I’m giving two stars—is that they never tell you that only the person who checks in with you may stay in the room; any extra guest costs an additional $750, essentially the price of another room, which I find absurd and they never mention it upfront.
