The place looked nice and was comfortable, but when we arrived after a fun day at the park, a very rude lady greeted us, asking if we had seen our phone, claiming we hadn't answered the bell, and then closed the door in our face. She even made a gesture toward the man who came over, and at that moment I wanted to cancel the reservation. Eventually we explained that such service is unacceptable, she apologized, and then behaved politely, but the bad feeling of not being welcomed lingered. Her energy was terrible, as if travelers annoyed her. The apartment is hard to access but very pretty and cozy.
