The place was a nightmare – the room, shower, toilet and even the door knobs were filthy. The lift was awful, the owner never showed up, and at 134 euros I felt ripped off. We even got stuck in the lift and the beds were dirty. On top of that, the wardrobe fell apart and everything was just a mess.

I booked a double and paid for it, but got a single with only a toilet. The heater was dead, it was freezing, and I couldn’t sleep. It feels like fraud – no refund, no explanation.

Worst experience ever. We paid for three rooms but only got two, so we had to sleep on mattresses on the floor. No apology, no refund, and the place was filthy and cramped.
