Everything was spot‑on: quick check‑in, low rates, and good quality. I loved everything.

The front desk lady let us check in very early, which felt welcoming and professional. The room was nice and the location excellent, and the price was right. The AC could be better.

The location was great and the room had just been upgraded. The cable went out and never returned (apparently because of a storm) and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The location was good, with easy access to Siesta Key, the Moté Aquarium, and many other attractions. It felt like the owner only posted pictures of renovated first‑floor rooms to attract guests, then gave us a second‑floor room that hadn’t been renovated. Our room smelled of mold and had an old carpet. When we tried to cancel, the owner demanded the full amount as a cancellation fee. I also didn’t appreciate being asked to call and tell him when we were arriving; I’m on vacation, so I arrive whenever I arrive, and as a hotel owner you should simply be ready to check us in before 11 pm.
