The front desk staff, an Indian girl on night shift, was very polite. The parking area was easy to access, and the staff fulfilled customer requests. The location was good. However, the room had a strange odor—old room, furniture, or linen, not sure. The toilet tiles were slippery and had a stain on the wall and ceiling. There was no soundproofing at all, so it was noisy in the morning when other guests came in and out. We didn’t get a late check‑out even though we checked in at 12 midnight, and the complimentary event was not provided.

No breakfast was served. There were no eateries nearby; even to get to McDonald’s you have to walk a long way. The hotel should be more accessible to the main road and have restaurants or at least serve a buffet breakfast on site.
