“Dezamăgire.”
The location is very central. The sauna and jacuzzi didn’t work properly, which was why I chose this hotel.
The key to the room is sent only via WhatsApp; it would be better if it were also sent through other social networks for convenience.
“Nu recomand pret absurd pentru ce se oferă!”
The mattress was good, but the hotel itself was a disappointment: for 475 lei the condition was very poor, there was no private parking, the furniture looked like a dormitory, the beds were hospital‑style, and there was no jacuzzi. When I asked for a room change, the staff sprayed the entire room with a sewage odor. Bottom line: a scam on the front. Anyone who has stayed in other hotels would not recommend this one. Total letdown. I’m attaching a photo of the chair in the room (475 lei per night). P.S. I’ve seen many positive comments, but if you don’t stay in hotels often or you’re friends with the owners, you might not notice the quality/price difference.
The spa with hydromassage, smart toilet, and huge shower were great. The hotel mixed up our rooms and gave us sparkling wine instead. We didn’t get a corkscrew, so we couldn’t open it; a bit careless. The location was only moderately connected to the city center, but it was fine. I recommend it.
