“Excellent.”
The staff were great, the service was awesome, and they’re the backbone of the hotel, but the location could have been better and the room size a bit larger; overall I was super happy with the stay.

It was the cleanest, most hygienic hotel I’ve ever seen—keep up the great work.
The hygiene and service were good, but charging guests for a full day when they stay only half a day is unfair.

The hotel was modern and relatively clean, the shower was very good, and room service was excellent, but I kept getting calls about whether I’d come for breakfast or order something to eat, which was annoying and even woke me up at night; the credit‑card payment had to be retried multiple times due to technical problems; the room was very dark and smelled strongly of perfume at first, so I had to find and remove hidden fragrance charms to reduce the headache‑inducing scent; they only issued a bill after checkout, which I found inconvenient.
