TEVA Valley Resort

The hotel sits in a very quiet area, and the views are gorgeous in the morning and at night. However, the room has a lot of height differences that create a fall risk; the mattress sits on a raised platform (as shown in the photos on the website), and my family member slipped when getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Guests with elderly or very young people should be especially careful.

The spa hotel is stunning and relaxing—a boutique place with spacious, luxurious rooms. The beds are comfortable and the toilets are Japanese style. We received a local welcome drink and the staff were charming and very polite. When we entered the pool, the kids were entertained with inflatables. The central location in the valley enhances the sense of calm, and the mountain view from the pool is indulgent. For breakfast, you choose your dish from the menu and it’s prepared fresh on the spot, plus a basic fruit, cornflakes, yogurt, etc. buffet. We loved everything, but the gym is a bit small and the location might be problematic for those who want to go somewhere else.

Clean, luxurious, and very friendly. The location isn’t perfect, but that’s understood when you book.

“Great place to stay.”

The a la carte breakfast was good, with fruit and a salad bar. The pool was a bit small, but fine for a quick dip. The gym was very small, lacking many pieces of equipment. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the staff were kind.

The staff and service were great, and the breakfast was very good. There were some misunderstandings about cleaning the room.
