“Sem surpresas, dentro do esperado!!”

Cleanliness and location were great, yet the mattress left something to be desired.

The breakfast was beautiful and tasty, but the bathroom sink was clogged.

“Recomendo o Hotel”

An excellent spot with outstanding service, superb coffee, a high‑quality room, and an amazing shower—overall great value, feel free to book with confidence. Nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay.

“Excelente relação custo benefício, certamente quando for a criciuma é minha opção”

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; breakfast was good and the location convenient. They quickly accommodated a request to move to a lower‑floor room, offering excellent value and making it a top choice. The pillows could have been firmer, but that’s a personal preference and doesn’t detract from the overall great option.
