How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The woodland setting offers plenty of paths to wander and wildlife to spot. We rented bikes and rode through the countryside—no busy roads in sight. The hot tub was spotless. The park is lovely and quiet, the staff very friendly, and the surroundings beautiful. The double bed was a bit small and hard, but that’s nit‑picking.

The environment is beautiful and quiet, with wildlife and nature clearly valued and supported. The lodge is very clean, especially the hot tub, which was spotless and maintained daily. The staff were friendly and I enjoyed using the facilities, bike hire, tennis court, etc. Olivia’s tearoom was fantastic, and it was lovely to have the Three Hagges Nature Reserve right on the doorstep. Visiting York was easy thanks to the park‑and‑ride at the Designer Outlet.

Everything was clean and comfortable; the hot tub was lovely and we had everything we needed for the three nights we stayed. Nothing to complain about.
