I didn't feel the standards matched what Best Western usually offers.
“Avoid this tired under staffed hotel.”
The service from Mat was great, and he was the only staff member on duty besides the chef. However, the TV in my room was broken and no other rooms had a working TV. Food was scarce because the hotel was full, and with only one person handling check‑ins, the bar, and table service, it just wasn’t enough.

“Friendly staff. Easy parking app but be carefully you estimate how long you need it for.”
The staff were friendly, it was great for disabled guests, and it was close to the A1. The location of the breakfast glasses was unclear, and the TV remote was missing or broken.
“My first stay with Best Western and I will certainly use them again.”
The room was better than I expected, almost a mini suite with a comfy corner couch, coffee table, spacious desk and chair for work, a king‑size bed, air‑con, and a huge bathroom that had both a bath and a shower. I stayed for two days and the only downside was that the tea, coffee, and milk weren’t refilled. Breakfast was full English; on day one we got one of everything—eggs, bacon, etc.—and on day two we got two of everything. I wondered if staying a week would mean seven of everything.
