The place was clean and pleasant, but that night and part of the morning there was no internet, and the sink was uncomfortable with a high faucet that splashed a lot.

The location was good, yet the receptionist was rude when I mentioned that Booking had assigned the stay; she didn’t let me in and gave a room first to tourists who arrived without a reservation, even though rooms were vacant.

The restaurant had excellent service and tasty food, but the room was very small, nothing like the listing; the mattress was uncomfortable with a plastic that made noise and made you sweat. The worst part was the constant noise: cleaning staff moved things at 1 AM, and at 3 AM a couple of guests were shouting loudly in the hallways.
