The location of this hotel is one of its best features - it's close to all the main facilities and attractions. However, the elevator is a bit of a stinker. It's not the end of the world, but it's definitely something to be aware of.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city. However, that's where the positives end. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, and the rooms were dirty and dusty. I've got asthma and sinus issues, and the state of the rooms made it hard for me to breathe. It's a shame, because with a bit of effort, this place could be great.

Our experience at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. We'd made a reservation and paid with our credit card, but when we arrived, we were asked to pay cash. The staff seemed confused and told us it was a different payment system, but we'd already paid online. To make matters worse, the aircon in our room was terrible - it took ages to cool down and was full of dust. We were also given different stories by different staff members about how the hotel operates.

The water at this hotel is surprisingly smooth and tastes great. On the other hand, the lift is absolutely disgusting. It's like they've given up on it altogether. Maybe they should focus on getting that sorted out before they start bragging about their water quality.
