“Very bad”
The only good thing about Divine View is its location. I booked a standard double room and arrived at the hotel around 4 am; the room was dirty and old, so I asked the staff to change it. They told me to wait for a while and would call back, but after 45 minutes they never called. When I went down to inquire, they were sleeping, and after repeated requests they moved me to another Dulax room with a broken lock, no towel, an old used bedspread, and blankets left in the room uncleaned. I asked to change everything. Aside from the location, overall I would say this is the worst hotel I have ever experienced.
