“Disappointment”

The breakfast was decent and the hotel is newer. The AC unit never dropped below 70 degrees, and when I entered the room it took about 3 hours to reach 71 degrees—definitely not blowing cold air, just barely cool. I expect the AC to work properly in a Texas hotel in July! The wall AC control unit was not user friendly; either add step‑by‑step instructions or install a simpler unit.
