L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité de la mosquée bleue et de nombreux points d'intérêts. La réception est ouverte 24h/24. La terrasse est agréable. Nous avions l'unique chambre du rez-de-chaussée, située en face de la réception, alors c'était assez bruyant. Les équipements de la chambre sont très sommaires. Nous n'avions pas de couette, uniquement un drap pour dormir la première nuit. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Le petit déjeuner est très simple et peu varié
