There wasn’t much to say beyond the politeness of some people and a decent breakfast. The rooms were on a steep slope that you have to cross the road to reach, and the neighbors kept livestock that gave off a strong odor. The sea‑water pool was very dirty, full of all kinds of trash, so I would not return.

The restaurant was good and the staff enthusiastic. The location was convenient and the scenery beautiful. However, there was still a lot of rubbish on the beach brought in by the tide.

The location facing the sea was fantastic, and during breakfast the sound of the waves at night was wonderful. Grab was handy, so I could easily visit nearby tasty restaurants and cafés, making it a great base in Buntau. Since I stayed at the mountain‑side villa, crossing the road to the main building was a bit tough for a family with small children; staying at the sea‑side main building might be better for that. Conversely, the mountain side is cozy and very quiet, so it’s perfect for adults who want a peaceful stay.

The view was great, the rooms spacious, breakfast good, and the staff friendly. The property is split; the beach‑side side definitely receives more attention than the hillside.
