The staff were friendly and the dinner was nice, but we ended up in a terrible ground‑floor room that was very noisy, had an accessible layout with a commode we didn’t need, sat right next to the car park so deliveries woke us at 7 am, was dirty with cobwebs like it hadn’t been used in ages, and the bed was the softest I’ve ever slept on—overall a bad experience.

Location. 1.Fairly run down 2.Room keys didn’t work for 2 days meaning reception had to let us into room every time we left room 3. Staff weren’t brilliant I’m afraid

The room was extremely tidy and clean, including the bathroom and bedding, and there were no complaints.

Location , style, friendly cosy. That every time I used my key it didn’t work. . After the first time it failed I kept it away from my phone . So I must have done double trips to reception each time . Also just one member of staff at night . Also no signal whatsoever
