The location was great, but there was no air‑conditioning or fan in the room, and carrying luggage up to the last floor was quite a struggle.

The street was noisy but centrally located; for three nights, homeless men broke into the ground‑floor bathroom—knowing the code to the two‑room area—partied, smoked, drank, and left the place extremely dirty; they locked themselves in so the shower and toilet were unusable, and the cleaning lady was rude for no reason.

The hotel was close to facilities, but it wasn’t clean.

The location is perfect, but the room was noisy, dirty, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The spot is great, right next to the tram and bus stops to the station, zoo, and the market, with plenty of cool little places just outside the entrance. The hallway and common area smelled quite unpleasant, probably from the pipes. The room was very basic; it would have been nice to have a coat rack or a small dresser. The common area also lacked basic cleaning tools like a broom.
