I liked the location, the quiet, the security, and the willingness to keep our luggage after check‑out. The only downside was the hot‑water boiler’s limited capacity.

The hotel sits ideally in the center of Naples, close to the districts worth visiting, so everything is walkable. The room was decent, clean, and had a balcony. If you drive, parking is mandatory and costs 45€ for 24 hours. At check‑out you can leave your bags at reception for free for several hours.

The place was well situated and the staff were friendly, especially Deshah, who was a charming person. We paid for a double room with a balcony and a bidet, but neither feature was present. The room only had a single lamp table, a chair and a very small wardrobe. So we’re left wondering if this is a misrepresentation by the booking site or the hotel owner.
