The breakfast was good, but the room’s facilities felt old.

The location is within walking distance of local shops and is easy to get to. The building could use fresh flowers to brighten it up, and the manager seemed a bit confused.

The room was roomy and pleasant, and the tiny kitchen was a real bonus; I especially liked the morning coffee. Being close to University Ave was great, as I could walk to a cafe or restaurant with ease. The bed was very firm, which was fine for one night but might be too hard for a longer stay.

The innkeepers were very friendly and congenial. Our room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and the shower was wonderful. The shared kitchen had everything we needed.
