It’s a scam, don’t go.

They never told me the hotel was closed two months ago, it was Easter week, high season, at night, we drove 4:30 hrs from Cancún, exhausted, and had to find another place. The lack of seriousness, communication, and all the problems they caused.
“Pésimo”
It was a scam because when we arrived we weren’t even let in; the new management had nothing to do with what they advertise. The new management is still remodeling, so they don’t let you in.

This isn’t the real owner. It’s a scam; when you arrive and try the number they give you, it’s actually a former employee who no longer works here. The guy behind it doesn’t live in the community anymore for various reasons. Don’t book! It should be removed from booking because the sanctuary doesn’t actually exist and is a scam. The place is being prepared by new owners who are doing a really good job, but it’s not yet running on booking.
