“Einmal reicht vollkommen.”

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The manager was completely unhelpful to customers, we always felt like beggars. The wellness area was only available with registration and partially usable, and our stay was quite expensive.

“Great hotel, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”

The hotel is spotless and well presented, and its location is excellent. Parking is free behind the building (and you could also park on the street), and the walk into town is easy. Breakfast is very good—you can’t go wrong.

“DA EVITARE COME LA PESTE, LA TITOLARE HA PROBLEMI DI ESCANDESCENZA”

Mi piacerebbe sapere com'erano le camere, ma ahimé, pur avendo pagato, non siamo mai entrati nella stanza che avevamo prenotato!. Allora sulla struttura non vi posso dire molto, siamo stati cacciati. Siamo arrivati ed abbiamo chiesto per fare il check-in (non parliamo tedesco, solo inglese), la signora alla reception, penso la titolare, cerca e cerca e ricerca e chiede ancora il nome e già lì. Poi ad una certa (vedevamo il computer e cosa stava facendo), la vediamo su booking e vediamo la nostra prenotazione (abbiamo letteralmente letto il cognome). Poco dopo si avvicina a noi e ci dice che l'hotel è completo al che le facciamo notare che 1. Avevamo pagato 2. Avevamo la conferma di prenotazione (come se lei non l'avesse vista due minuti prima) e che 3. Avevamo diritto ad una camera. Al che, dopo un po' di tira e molla ci alteriamo, ci dice di andarcene che l'hotel era pieno e sapete cosa ci ha detto la signora: I WILL CALL THE POLIZEI (non l'ha chiamata alla fine però, peccato). Al che noi rimaniamo in reception per contattare l'assistenza booking, nonostante le minacce. Nel mentre, un'altra famiglia (tedesca specifichiamo) ha assistito al nostro teatrino, ha cacciato pure loro!!! La signora ha detto che l'hotel era completo, e questi hanno accettato il loro destino e se ne sono andati senza protestare. Alla fine ce ne andiamo anche noi, tanto non avevamo proprio voglia di dormire in questo posto e grazie all'assistenza Booking riusciamo ad ottenere rimborso della prenotazione, rimborso della notte nell'altro hotel e colazione. Ringraziamo ancora gli operatori, sia italiani sia internazionali, che ci hanno aiutato. Ringraziamo soprattutto anche l'hotel che effettivamente ci ha ospitato per la notte che, vedendoci disperati, in dieci minuti ci ha trovato una camera (a prezzo ancora minore di quello che ci chiedeva questo, tra l'altro). Da evitare, anche perché ci hanno detto che non è la prima volta che qua al Feldemier vengono cacciati i clienti. Ci sono modi e modi di trattare la clientela e avete scelto quello peggiore, pessimi!

Very poor customer service but breakfast was OK. Customer service was very poor. Check in time was 2pm and I didn't get checked in until 3.30pm. This was after 24h of travelling. The staff were very rude and shouted at me that room was not ready without any apology or explanation as to why I have to wait to check in after travelling for so long. I was also forced to pay on Thursday evening at 9pm for my stay even though I wasn't checking out until the next day and they had my credit card on file. I was told to pay now! I would not stay there again after the way I was treated at this hotel!
