Everything was very pleasant and comfortable.
“boa”
The front‑desk team were courteous, yet the room’s cleaning was lacking and the sofa bed was unusable for sleeping.
It was busy and noisy.
The pool area was sometimes noisy, which got on my nerves.

The staff were friendly and efficient, but the cable TV signal in the room was weak.
