I was a bit disappointed with this hotel, as it didn't quite live up to my expectations for a budget-friendly stay. The rooms were basic and lacked any real amenities, making it feel more like a hostel than a hotel.

I was shocked to find that my room was not clean and was, in fact, very untidy. The state of the toilet was particularly disturbing, and I was disappointed that the hotel couldn't maintain a basic level of cleanliness. I had expected a cleaner room and bathroom.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by several issues. The location was a major problem, as it was situated near a busy intersection, making parking a nightmare. Additionally, the housekeeping was subpar, with the TV not working and no soap or gel provided in the bathroom. When I reported these issues to the staff, they failed to follow up or resolve the problems, which was frustrating.

I was appalled by the service I received at this hotel, particularly from the receptionist, Ms. Bhagshree, who seemed completely uninterested in helping me. The staff's attitude was unfriendly and unhelpful, making my stay an unpleasant experience. I would strongly advise against staying here and would not recommend it to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with delicious breakfast and dinner options, a neat and clean room, and a great location near the Panchavati and Trimbakeshwar Temple. The hotel staff were also very helpful and courteous, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
