How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The view was nice, the food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty, and the staff delivered good service. The diving club is in the hotel, but the prices for diving are relatively high. The Spartan room lacks a hand soap in the sink. Meals at the restaurant are served at fixed early times, which I find too early; you need to order the dinner dish a few hours in advance.

The sea was beautiful and relaxing. The accommodation did not include breakfast, everything else cost extra, and there was no toothbrush or toothpaste in the room – you had to buy those at the front desk. Credit cards incurred an additional 5 % fee, so bring enough cash. The reception closed early (we arrived at 18:00 on the first day and it was already closed), making it impossible to ask about tours; the restaurant staff and the person at the main entrance were also clueless. Overall service was not very friendly and lacked enthusiasm; several staff members seemed more eager to serve Western guests. A single dive cost 2500 peso per person (though we heard other Western guests that day pay 2000 peso for the same, with them bringing their own gear). Billing had issues with overcharges and duplicate calculations. All on‑site purchases were handwritten and signed, and the final bill was only settled at checkout, so guests are warned to track their own expenses. The food was not very good, mostly too salty. The location was a bit remote; you could hire a tuk‑tuk to the city for 500 peso round‑trip.
