The reception was good, but the lodging and the pool were under renovation. The photos do not match reality. The room is poorly air‑conditioned, it gets very hot and there is a lot of humidity.

A quiet spot yet very convenient for the city centre. The place is part of a private villa with a beautiful pool surrounded by greenery.

The linens and the pools were fine, but the outdoor areas close at 19:00 unless you pay an extra fee. During our stay the owner’s children started a pool party with friends and a barbecue at 19:00. After the free‑cancellation deadline, Mr Paolo sent a message proposing a series of extras, including pool use. The breakfast that was already paid with the booking consists of packaged items; fresh products are offered only in the many extras. Upon arrival Mr Paolo introduced us to Over, a large Doberman (presented as friendly) who will stay with you whenever you’re at the pool or sunbathing. Beware if you’re not familiar with large dogs! The 55 m² apartment is not fully usable. The kitchen facilities are lacking. The pillows are of poor quality. The price is too high for the services offered.
