The hotel feels a bit dated and some furnishings are worn, yet it was clean, well-equipped, and everything worked as expected; the large balcony was a nice bonus, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging reliable and affordable transport to Ellora and Ajanta for me.

I enjoyed my stay at this lovely, centrally located city hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. It was a great place to stay, and I appreciated its convenient location.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by poor customer service. The staff were very particular about checking our documentation, which caused a delay of about an hour before we could access our room, despite everything being in order. To make matters worse, the bathroom was old and not entirely clean, which was a disappointment.

I was thoroughly impressed with the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's tranquil location and proximity to a fantastic restaurant were definite highlights of my stay.

My stay at this hotel was generally pleasant, with a few notable exceptions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the food from the restaurant that was delivered to my room was excellent. I also enjoyed the nice view from my private balcony and the comfort of my room. However, there were a few issues that needed attention - the hotel didn't accept card payments, although there was an ATM nearby.
