Nous avons tout apprécié, de l'arrivée avec l'accueil de l"hotesse", la chambre très propre et grande avec sa terrasse privé. L'accueil de l'"hotesse" au petit déj au top, et petit dej super. Bien placé dans la vieille ville d'Alcúdia. Nous recommandons vraiment cet établissement. Ras

My granddaughter and I were completely delighted! A small, charming hotel with lovingly decorated rooms in the heart of Alcudia, yet still quietly located, was the foundation for a wonderful holiday. Rafael and his whole team are the perfect hosts, very friendly and attentive. The beds (firmness of the mattresses and wonderful pillows) are made for us, and the air‑conditioner is whisper‑quiet. The terrace with a magnificent view of Alcudia is a sensation! Breakfast offered us Spanish specialties, partly homemade (e.g. the tasty jams). A huge, heartfelt thank you to the entire team of the Cas Ferrer Nou Hotelet and the Fonda Llabrés Restaurant, where we were cheerfully greeted with “Hello, family!” from the second visit onward. We would love to come back!

Beautiful location on the idyllic streets in central Alcudia. Especially in the evenings there is a fantastic atmosphere. A bit abandoned, but still nice and private. We had trouble with parking spaces because of roadworks where we otherwise would have entered.

The room was very comfortable and nice, and although breakfast isn’t in the same hotel, it’s just a few meters away and of very good quality. The hotel sits in the historic centre, and Alcudía is a very pretty, quiet, family‑friendly area. Overall everything was quite good; the parking issue in the historic centre depends on where you can find a spot, so if you’re driving it’s important to know in advance. We didn’t have trouble finding a place, but it wasn’t always close to the hotel, so you had to walk. Still, everything was very good overall.

The room was great and the staff were very hospitable. Breakfast is simple, but you can ask for a fresh omelet to be cooked. A few things to keep in mind: our room was on the 3rd floor, so there were some stairs to climb. The hotel is located in the middle of the old city of Alcudia, not near the beach. We had a rental car, so that was fine; if you rent a car, note that parking is a few hundred meters away from the hotel, and you’ll need a special permit to drive into the old town, otherwise you must park outside the walls.
