I recently stayed at a 3-star hotel that has been consistently rated that way for years, but unfortunately, it failed to meet my basic expectations. The biggest issue I faced was the lack of warm water in the morning, which is something I consider essential for a comfortable stay. Despite its rating, the hotel seemed to be struggling with some fundamental issues. It's a shame, given its potential.
