“Very uncomfortable.”
The room was spacious and the shower had a good flow, and everything was spotless. However, the lavatory faucet was broken, the hallway carpet and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months, and the elevator didn't work.
“Horrible and Disgusting!”
The room was crawling with bugs, the bed had been used, and there were droppings on the comforter; a makeshift A/C unit was perched on a chair with a hose out the window, duct‑taped in place, yet the room still reached 88°. The parking lot was a drug scene with trash and abandoned cars everywhere, the hallways were filthy, smelled awful, and seemed untouched for years. This place should never have been listed, and I demand a full refund for the safety, health, and misleading presentation.

This place had its pros and cons. The host was super polite and the room was clean, which was great. However, the bath towels were laughably small, and the water pressure in the shower on the first floor was really weak. It's not the end of the world, but it's something to be aware of.
The hotel is close to a gas station, but there was no front‑desk staff present at all.
There was no coffee or breakfast at all, despite the sign, and the staff never appeared.
