Being just a few minutes from Central Station was a huge plus, and the private room did have a decent bed. Inside, though, the room looked nothing like the photos, the whole place was filthy, the kitchen dishes were left unwashed, and I even saw a cockroach on the stairs. The TV was dusty, the remote didn’t work, an outlet was dead, and the walls were paper‑thin – we could hear someone demanding cleaning at 6:30 am on our last day.

I signed up for the stay thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole online registration to get the door code was never mentioned before I booked. It got so confusing that I never actually checked in, and I feel like the process was deliberately hidden.
