The property impressed me with its modern facilities, courteous staff, night‑bed service and an afternoon room refresh, all of which were definite pluses. My own room, though, seemed to suffer from a problem: despite the strong air‑conditioning that keeps Rome hot weather at bay, warm air slipped in, causing rapid condensation. When I arrived the window wouldn’t close, leaving the space extremely damp—so much so I could leave a mark on the wall with my hand. Even after switching to dehumidify mode and receiving fresh bedding, the humidity lingered and made the room feel uncomfortable for several days. It wasn’t severe enough to demand a room change, but each morning I woke up in a chilly, damp environment, and the elevator had no climate control, which felt jarring coming from the comfortable lobby of a five‑star hotel.

The hotel was incredible and I highly recommend it. Our entire stay felt personalized, with staff who were warm, friendly, and always eager to help. The rooms were immaculately cleaned and uniquely styled, and the breakfast buffet and wellness area were additional highlights. I would not hesitate to return.
