The carpet needs a thorough cleaning.

Everything was top, and everything was top.

Everything was great – the location, the bed, the toilet, and the water pressure – but the sauce for the bread pudding should have been served separately, the scone was hard, and there was no telephone in the room.

“It is the location that matter.. the room facilities need to be upgraded.”

The location was good, but the location was also a problem.

“Great value for money, comfortable and perfect for one night.”

The beds were very comfortable, and the spa and wellness centre offered great‑valued massages, yet the overall cleanliness could use an update and the carpet was very dirty.
