The staff were very friendly and the panoramic mountain view was great, but the price was too high for the services the hotel offers. The staff should clean the room daily, and the prices should be lower than what is offered.

The Wi‑Fi was terrible, practically unusable throughout the stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a bit of a letdown. The hotel is quite far from Beirut, taking around 35 minutes to reach, and is located up in the mountains. The rooms were also on the smaller side, and there was no valet parking service available.

While the staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating, the tiny rooms, overpriced rates, and lack of basic amenities, such as a dental kit, made for a disappointing stay. To make matters worse, the internet connection was spotty, and I even found some rather personal items left behind by the previous guest.
