I'm still reeling from the exceptional experience I had at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The environment was serene and peaceful, and everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. I was blown away by the attention to detail and the level of service provided by the staff.

I was really disappointed with this place. The room was clean, but that's about it. There's no tea maker machine, and you don't get any complimentary water bottles. The rent is way too high, around 6000-7000 rupees, considering what you get. The staff was friendly, but the lack of basic amenities like a brush, saving kit, and even a bath towel was frustrating. The only good thing is the bell boy's behavior.

The location and serenity of this hotel were its biggest strengths, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The lack of an elevator was a major issue, and the ramp was so rough it was like walking on a cobblestone road. The stairs were steep and treacherous, and to make matters worse, there were no butlers to help with our luggage. To top it all off, the room wasn't cleaned for the entire 4 nights we stayed, despite us requesting it.
