How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The room was large and modern, which was the only good thing about the stay. Check‑in was supposed to start at 15:00, but we didn’t get the room until about 16:00. They offered free coffee, but it wasn’t good. Overall the hotel felt very stuffy, too fancy, and we didn’t feel relaxed. The location was poor; everything was far away, and the bus stops and metro were also a distance from the hotel.

“Impresionante”

Everything. It was amazing. It couldn’t be cleaner. Huge, beautiful. The breakfast was impressive for a vegetarian and gluten‑free guest. One of the best places I’ve been to. That bathroom… incredible. The study had a washing machine and a kitchen. The only downside was having to leave.

“Our stay was enjoyable, easy to get around in Uber’s and not expensive . The hotel did have the luxurious feel !”

The room was spacious, clean, and the breakfast was great 😋. The sauna wasn’t working, which was very disappointing after coming from Oisen’s in Japan.
