The welcome, the room, and especially the area were great, but the tourist tax felt too expensive.

The place was really worth the price; there’s a counter with a water boiler and tea, a coffee vendor for €0.5, a small fridge in the room, a tiny balcony, and a comfortable bed that’s almost knee‑high. It was very clean and easy to reach, and we walked from the nearby Genova Sturla train station.

The building is clean, close to the main road, a bus stop, and Luigi was very kind and helpful!

The location was very good, just a few meters from the hotel where the seaside road starts with a lovely pedestrian street and shops. On the left, after we went down under St. Anthony’s church, there was a small beach with beautiful restaurants and cafés, all very picturesque. The room’s air conditioning was a bit weak and the window frames need some maintenance.
