I’ve been here four times, but this time the pool didn’t look clean.

The food is good, but the building is very neglected and looks poorly maintained.

The bed and bathroom are fine, but the location is not ideal.

I loved the beach and the entertainment, nothing more. I had to wait two hours past my check‑in time for a room, and it was scorching hot, making me sweat nonstop; I almost changed in a bathroom to swim before they finally handed me the key. I dislike having to reserve restaurants, and because some kids refuse to eat, I avoided those places and stuck to the regular buffet, which lacked sushi, Italian, or Mexican options. The pools were all 4.5 feet deep, too deep for kids shorter than that, except for a small section that gets crowded and rowdy because people play volleyball there, creating a hazard of getting hit by a ball; overall, the design is bad.
