“A suitable choice for a solo traveler in no-rush”

The room was very comfortable and lovely, located in a quiet place, and all the amenities in the shared kitchen and bathroom/toilets were available. The value‑price ratio was interesting, so I would consider this option again for my next visit. However, you must always keep your access card with you, even for a toilet break, and the stairs are hazardous. The location is okay for the bus line, but the €4 ticket and its frequency need to be checked.

Nie mogę ocenić tego Hotelu , bo na na około 12 godz. przed naszym przyjazdem hotel odwołał nam rezerwację podjać przyczynę jako zakończenia działalności. Zaproponował nam nocleg w innym hotelu ale tylko dla 8 osób a nas było 12. Co do pozostałych 4 osób to mieliśmy sami poszukać zakwaterowania. Nadmienię, że byliśmy na wycieczce rowerowej po Holandii , a wiadomość dostaliśmy będąc w poprzedzającym noclegu o godz.221:30 .Oczywiście po parogodzinnym kontakcie z obsługą Bookin udało nam się znaleźć inne zakwaterowanie. Uważam ,że takiemu hotelarzowi powinno odebrać się koncesję na usługi hotelarskie. WSZYSTKO !!!!

“Für eine Nacht ok.”

A bus stop is right outside the door. A chip opens the door. The location is quiet. A bakery is around the corner. The mattress is very soft. The kitchen is clean. You can access the terrace at any time. The stairs are very steep. The toilet is on the first floor, but the room is on the second floor, so there’s a lot of running in the loud wooden staircase. There’s no information in the room. The thin blanket could be too cold in winter. Quiet means you have to walk to the supermarket or city center if you don’t take the bus. My original booking in another house in Tilburg was cancelled 2 hours before arrival and I was rebooked in the Eastern house, but without prior contact.

“I would not come back.”

The bed was okay and the area was fine too. First, the day before arriving, I got a message saying the property I had reserved and paid for was not available. We were relocated to a different place, further away from where we wanted to go. Then, during messaging, the owner was apologetic, but in person he was confrontational and condescending when we expressed our annoyance about being relocated. There were many rules not mentioned to us but listed in an “online guide” about the room, with penalties if broken. The owner said we could use the fridge, but the guide said we were not allowed. The guide also stated very clearly that everything should be cleaned and that it was very important to them, yet there was black mold in the room and the bed cover was stained even before we used it. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this place at all.
