Our stay was very disappointing and did not match the photos or description. The property looked much more run down than advertised. The shower was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom lights didn’t work. The mattress was completely sunken and in terrible condition, so we couldn’t sleep on it. We also found a bowl of cooked rice in a cupboard, which was unsettling because we didn’t know how long it had been there. Overall, the condition and cleanliness were unacceptable and we didn’t feel comfortable. We expected far more, especially for the price we paid, hoping for a clean, comfortable, well‑maintained place. We would appreciate a partial or full refund as compensation, as the accommodation did not meet the advertised or paid standard.
