“Yes, it is a 5* hotel !!!!!”
This 5* hotel is incredibly professional; we could live there. They ran out of Puilly Fume, but that wasn’t because we drank it all!

The location is exceptional, but the staff are not competent—too young and the service is pitiful. The housekeepers clean the room but don’t vacuum (when I ask why, they say the vacuum is broken). The pool access is awful!

The spa, breakfast, décor, nature, and most things are great ✌️, but the restaurant director made comments about dog rights 🦦🧌.

Excellent breakfast with freshness, variety, and quality of products. The setting and atmosphere were very good, with a view of Lake Geneva, well‑arranged tables, a generous buffet, local charcuterie, fresh fruit, a range of desserts, and a selection of flavorful local cheeses. The grandmother‑style rice pudding was a highlight. I’d love to return for the spa, pools, and early room release. The hotel is of great class, and the 1‑star restaurant deserves its rating with flavours, respect for dishes, pleasant table service, and a dining experience that rivals Pierre Gagnaire or Régis Marcon. The staff are professional, not robotic, and very helpful. No complaints—just excellent service.
