This provider no longer exists! We did not stay there.

The place was shut down for renovations, a situation that had been going on for three months with no notice from the owner or the booking site. They took payment when I booked, then left me standing in front of a ruin, which was especially infuriating because I arrived at Pentecost and had to scramble for accommodation. The owner, whose German is poor, was reachable by phone but kept blaming the booking site for the mix‑up. After numerous calls, the money was finally returned, though the assistance was minimal. I’d warn anyone thinking of checking in here; it doesn’t look like it will ever reopen.

The family room was closed due to water damage, and despite contacting customer service we weren’t offered an alternative hotel and had to find a solution ourselves. Afterwards, they stopped responding to my requests for a refund of the hotel stay.

The hotel cancelled the reservation, yet three days later they still hadn’t formally annulled the night that never happened, all because of their fault on the booking platform. I can’t get my money back, there’s zero contact, and no one answers the phone. We only learned on arrival, after many calls, that they were dealing with “water damage.”
