The hotel’s proximity to the airport and the free shuttle were convenient, but the building itself was a 6‑storey structure with a broken, unsafe elevator that felt like a danger zone. The front desk never answered the phone, and the bed was broken—no one offered help, so I slept on a fractured mattress for one night. The walls were paper‑thin and the place was too noisy; I’d rather pay a little extra elsewhere.

The location was good, but the staff were extremely rude and standoffish; when I asked for help, everyone seemed grumpy and many spoke a different language, so they acted like they couldn’t understand English. I requested a floor cleaning and no one came; the bathroom was filthy and the staff just stared at me awkwardly instead of greeting politely. It made me reluctant to ask for anything else.

Breakfast is getting better just wish for a different miat ,beings sausage isn't a friend to me.and 1 more important issue is you have 1small functioning ?microwave .for too many people,especially the housekeeping they should have there separate break room because they were rude to others and left it a hot mess everyday .I did clean it daily ,I wanted to tho ty

The location is fine, but the property itself is dirty inside. People hang around outside and walk through the hallways. I would not recommend staying here if you want a comfortable space; it’s too noisy and busy. The beds are old and dented, there are bugs, roaches, and the rooms aren’t cleaned regularly. The smell of cigarettes and mildew lingers, the TV remote doesn’t work, and some lamps are broken.
