There was no one there when we arrived and no one would answer the phone so we were never able to check in. There was no one there when we arrived and no one would answer the phone so we were never able to check in

“Dirty room my blanket was a sheet and on my way out I saw a cockroach in the bathroom”

Nothing notable. The staff were very unprofessional.

“We never stayed there and we got charged. No one was there to give us a key”

We couldn’t get a key for check‑in because no staff were present to hand it out, so we had to stay elsewhere instead.

“If you’re gonna go there, just letting you know that even though it says checkout is at 12, you have to be out before 11”

I liked how close it was to everything, but the room, couch, and surrounding area were all dirty.

Nothing good to say, and the staff were very rude; when I asked a manager to call back, they never returned my call.
