The hotel’s proximity to the station was convenient, and I had a large room with good AC; check‑in and check‑out were hassle‑free, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and safe, and the prices were reasonable. However, there was no option to adjust or lower the fan speed, no call bell or phone to order food or drinks, so guests had to go downstairs to inform staff. At times the tap ran almost dry, and ongoing construction caused extreme noise from the morning onward without prior notice. The hotel was still under construction, and even in the dining area it was difficult to place orders because no one was present, forcing guests to go to the kitchen to find someone. Women were unable to use laundry or ironing services, and the hotel seemed intended for male guests only, with no female staff or guests. There was no Wi‑Fi, no TV channel options, and breakfast choices were very limited. I checked out a day earlier than booked but was still charged the full amount, and afterwards I was told the hotel had claimed I hadn’t checked in at all.
